At Social Snatcher, we strive to deliver reliable analytics services for Instagram and TikTok profiles. We offer a limited refund policy to ensure fairness while maintaining our commitment to quality. Please review the details below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

We provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service Failure: If our app experiences significant downtime or fails to deliver public Instagram/TikTok analytics data due to technical issues on our end, you may request a refund within 7 days of your subscription purchase.
  • Legal Requirements: For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription start date, as required by law. Refunds will be issued for unused services within this period.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • User error, such as misunderstanding the scope of public data (e.g., expecting private metrics like demographics).
  • Subscriptions renewed after the initial 7-day (or 14-day for EU/UK) period.
  • Credits that have been used to analyze profiles.
  • Any reason not covered by service failure or legal mandates.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at hello@socialsnatcher.app within 7 days (or 14 days for EU/UK users) of your purchase, including your subscription ID and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours and respond with approval or denial.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed via Paddle, our payment processor, within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, Paddle may charge a $15 fee, which does not guarantee a refund. We encourage you to reach out directly to resolve issues and avoid additional costs.

FREE PLAN AND CREDITS

Our current free plan offers credits for analyzing social media profiles. Please note:

  • Free credits are provided as-is and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Once a credit has been used to analyze a profile, it cannot be refunded or restored.
  • If you experience technical issues when using credits, please contact our support team for assistance.
